Join us for an intimate, hands-on experience where every class is taught with authentic French pastry techniques.

What to Expect

At Harwood Workshop, our classes are intimate and completely hands-on. You’ll work in groups of 2 per station (a maximum of 6 students per class) to ensure plenty of personal guidance and practice time.

For our baking classes, we use a modeling and teaching approach — Chef de Vicente demonstrates each step, and then you recreate it at your own station.

Classes last about 1 hour to up to 3 hours total, which includes tasting your creations and cleaning your workspace at the end of class.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. You’ll be standing, baking, and learning for most of the session.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 48 hours before class time to receive a refund or transfer to another class.
